Can I apply Osmo Country Shades to a previously varnished wooden surface?

No, for a high quality finish we recommend that all previously treated woods with a varnish or lacquer are completely sanded before application.

In what temperatures should I apply my Osmo Country shades paint?

Osmo Country Shades is best applied in temperatures above 10 degrees.
